Are you Oral-B or Sonicare?

Not sure how divided people are in their passion for their electric toothbrushes, but like Republicans vs. Democrats, Macs vs. PC’s, Made in America vs. China, and Tap vs. Bottled Water, I have a feeling that Sonicare users vs. Oral B users might fall into a similar camp.

I had a Sonicare Elite a while ago and loved it, until we needed to shoot some video that demonstrated how our Violight VIO100 works with electric heads. My shiny new electric toothbrush got lost in the sea of props and people and catered croissants, and I never saw it again.

So I went back to a manual brush, then dabbled in the Oral B Pulsar. Then, last week at Rite-Aid, while I was shopping for something totally unrelated to my pearly whites, I splurged.

I got home, ran up to my bathroom, plugged in my new state-of-the-art Oral B Triumph, and watched the clock all day (about 12 hours) until I could get back upstairs and use my fully charged mega-toothbrush, just like the user manual said to do.

I’ve only been using it for a few days, so stay tuned for an update.
